Karthi Calling Karthik

Not many actors enjoy the privilege of getting their prefixed titles changed often. Naturally, an actor’s most successful film title is always tagged to his name just to ensure that the masses recognize it easily. Perhaps, the titles for Karthi keep on changing as all his films have been tremendous blockbusters. First, he became famous as “Paruthiveeran’ Karthi and then “Aayirathil Oruvan’ replaced it. Similarly, his previous success “Paiyaa’ got its place before his name too.

The actor is now pinning his hopes and looks sure-footed with the release of his upcoming film “Naan Mahan Alla’. Recently, the entire crew addressed media channels about the film. When asked about Karthi’s role in this film, director Susindhran uttered, “It’s almost the same as Karthik’s role in “Mouna Raagam’ Karthik. He plays the role of Jeeva, a devil-may-care guy, who has worries until an unexpected encounter changes his course of life…’

Though the film focalizes on a serious father-son drama laced with the criminal backdrops of Chennai, director Susindhran assures that Naan Mahan Alla contains 100% entertainment factors with the right mix of comedy, romance, action and sentiments.
