MGR to appear in Prabhu film

Veteran actor Prabhu's next will Yennamo Yedho that stars gautham Karthik, the son of the former's pal and Agni Natchathiram co-star Karthik. Interestingly the film will also feature the tough competitor of Prabhu's father Sivaji Ganesan. Yes the film will have a look alike of actor cum politician M.G.Ramachandran making an appearance in a scene that has Prabhu. Elaborating about the scene to a National daily, Rajapandi, the director of the film has said that the film has a flash back scene set in 1980's. Prabhu and Vincent Ashokan (son of Asokan, the famous Villain actor of the black and white era) competing in a boxing scene. MGR who was the chief minister then was a great fan of Boxing and he has also attended many boxing tournaments held in North Chennai, as the chief guest. The director says he has used that in the boxing scene in this film. The two legendary actors MGR and Sivaji have acted together in only one film titled Goondukili which was banned due to certain controversies. MGR had moved to fulltime politics when Prabhu entered the Cinema industry. Prabhu who has acted in many films with his father has got the chance to act with a fictional MGR in his next film.
