Grandson of legendary Sivaji Ganesan and son of veteran actor Prabhu, Vikram Prabhu's debut vehicle Kumki directed by Prabhu Solomon competes a 100 days tomorrow in a few centers across the state. Kumki starring Vikram Prabhu, Lakshmi Menon and Manikkam, the elephant released on December 14, 2012 and went on to be declared a hit.

The story revolves around a mahout (portrayed by Vikram) and his trained elephant with the music composed by D Imman.
