Those who want to take part in the Thevar guru puja to be held at Pasumpon in Ramanathapuram district on October 30 could submit photocopies of the documents of vehicles, driving licence and the details of persons intending to travel to the nearest police station from Wednesday onwards (October 23) and obtain the permission slip. The police have made it mandatory for those taking part in the guru puja to obtain the permission slip from the police and paste the same on the windscreen of the vehicle.
