It is known to soothe digestive issues such as constipation and irritable bowel syndrome. It contains anti-inflammatory fatty acids that are helpful for the stomach, small intestine and colon. It is said to alkalise digestive juices and there by prevent heartburn. It also helps clean the digestive tract by exerting a soothing, balancing effect.
Helps in detoxification: Aloe juice is said to have natural detoxifying properties that cleanse the digestive and circulatory system. This promotes blood circulation and a higher rate of absorption of nutrients from food.
Has anti-ageing properties: Aloe gel is known for its anti-wrinkle properties. Aloe penetrates the many layers of the skin, hydrates, nourishes and regenerates the cells, which has the potential to delay appearance of wrinkles.
