Ace director Bala's upcoming bilingual Paradesi, currently in the post production stage, is all set for release in October, this year. It was simultaneously shot in Tamil and Telugu.
Starring Atharva, Vedhika and Dhansika in the lead, the film is said to be inspired from the Malayalam novel Eriyum Thanal, based on real life incidents that took place before independence in the 1930s, in Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
The film was shot within 90 days, in and around locations at Salur, Manamadurai, Munnar, Talaiyar and Theni. The audio launch will take place in London, on September 19.
