Bala's new film based on the Karagattam dance form, with Sasikumar in the male lead has got its female lead. Former glam doll and a favorite with many big stars, Shriya Saran is the chosen one.
Shriya is a fabulous dancer as we all know and since Bala's film has good scope for such dancing skills to be showcased, Shriya is believed to have got the nod from the ace National Award winning director.
Ilaiyaraja will be scoring the music for this film and the legend is already in the process of delivering great tunes. Chezhiyan and Kishore form the rest of the technical crew as the cinematographer and editor respectively.
When we tried to get in touch with Shriya regarding her role in this film, she wasn't available for comment. We will be back with more exciting updates about the film.
