Balaji Sakthivel's "Vazhakku En 18/9" was a critically acclaimed movie which was recognized nationally. Not just only national, this movie just went international! The "Festival du Film d'Asie du Sud Transgressif" which happened in Paris, screened this film and chose to award the Best Film title for this Tamil movie.
