Its well known that actor-director Sasikumar is the lead hero of National award winning director Bala's next film tentatively titled as Karagattam. Recently Sasi visited Bala's office and while returning, he decided to have a snack in a shop in Pondy bazaar. He parked his car at a distance and walked in the busy roads of T.Nagar but no one could recognize the famous actor.
Later he went to a famous star hotel that he visits frequently and even the staff over there could not recognize the him.
This is because the actor has completely shaven his beard which gave him an unique identity and also sports a thin mustache and curly hair style. Sources close to the actor confirm that this is the look of the actor for his film with Bala. This look reportedly resembles legendary comedian Chandrababy.
While there was news claiming that Sasikumar acts as a Karagattam artiste in the film, sources say that he acts as a Nadaswaram expert and the film's heroine Varalkshmi acts as Karagattam artiste. At the behest of the perfectionist Bala, Sasikumar is also undergoing training to play the instrument under professional Nadaswaram artiste's in Chennai for over a month now.
