Idam Porul Eval being directed by Seenu Ramasamy completed its 1st schedule in Kodaikanal recently. The story is said to be about mountains and the lives of people who inhabit these scenic locales. This schedule had Vijay Sethupathi, Nanditha, Vadivukkarasi, Theepetti Ganesan and Ilavarasu take part in the shooting process.
The shooting went on for 35 days in which a few song montages also were canned. A significant highlight of the film is the coming together of Yuvan Shankar Raja and Vairamuthu for the first time. The subsequent schedules are expected to commence soon. It may also be noted that replacement for Manisha Yadav who was supposed to feature in the film earlier is yet to happen and the announcement will come shortly.
